Carrier Dispatch Agreement

Nationwide carrier dispatch and growth support built around productive miles, clear communication, carrier control and stronger freight operations.

Smart Haul does not use a separate agreement form. The carrier registration / onboarding workflow is the Dispatch Service Agreement.

One integrated workflow

Carrier information, primary equipment, selected service tier, exact dispatch percentage, equipment-specific clauses, communication elections and electronic signature are captured together. Smart Haul stores that signed record for review.

When the agreement becomes active

Submitting registration creates a signed agreement record in pending activation status. Smart Haul reviews the carrier profile and, when approved, activates the account, generates the finalized agreement PDF and sends that PDF with the account-active notification. The PDF is then available privately from the carrier portal.
