These Website Terms govern use of the Smart Haul Dispatch LLC website and general account-access features. Carrier dispatch services are governed by the Dispatch Service Agreement accepted inside carrier registration.
Website and account use
Users must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, use the website lawfully and avoid activity that interferes with site security or other users. Carrier users are responsible for actions taken through their accounts unless promptly reported as unauthorized.
Service information
Website descriptions, pricing examples, freight-market commentary and operational tools are informational. Freight availability, rates, revenue, utilization, profit and dedicated-lane opportunities are not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
Smart Haul branding, website design, original content, software interfaces and related materials may not be copied or commercially reused except as permitted by law or written authorization.
Third-party services
The website may connect to CRM, messaging, mapping, payment, loadboard, TMS, app-store or other third-party services. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers.
Carrier dispatch relationship
Creating a website account does not itself authorize freight booking. The dispatch relationship is established through the integrated carrier registration/agreement and subsequent Smart Haul account activation.
